# Add a Buy Button

# Add a Buy Button

A **Buy** button lets your readers make a purchase directly from your Simplebooklet. Whether you’re selling products, services, or digital downloads, this button makes it easy for your audience to take action. Here’s how to add a Buy button to your booklet:

### How to Add a Buy Button to your Simplebooklet

1. Open your **Dashboard** and scroll to the Simplebooklet you want to add a button to.

2. Click the **Edit** tab.

3. Select the page where you want to add the button.

4. In the left-hand toolbar, click the **Buttons** button.

5. From the drop-down menu, select **Buy**.

6. Enter the **URL** of the product page or checkout page you want to link to.

7. Choose how you want the website to open:

* **Open in Lightbox**: The website will open in an overlay on the same page.

* **Open in New Tab**: The website will open in a new browser tab.

* **Open in Current Tab**: The website will open in the same browser tab.

8. Once you're satisfied with the URL and how the website will open, click the **Save** button to add the buy button to your booklet.

9. Click on the button to resize and reposition it using the **Element Editor**.

10. Preview your booklet to ensure that everything works as expected.

11. Your Buy button is now added! When clicked, it will direct your readers to the linked product or checkout page.
