Add a Caption Button

A caption button allows you to add a clickable button that reveals a caption when clicked. This is a great way to provide extra context or information in a way that’s clean and interactive. Here’s how to set it up:

How to Add a Caption Button to your Simplebooklet

1. Open your Dashboard and scroll to the Simplebooklet you want to add a button to.

2. Click the Edit tab.

3. Select the page where you want to add the button.

4. In the left-hand toolbar, click the Buttons button.

5. From the drop-down menu, select Caption.

6. Enter the Caption Text in the provided text box. This will be the caption that appears when the button is clicked

7. Add an Optional Link URL: If you want the button to link to a webpage, enter the URL here.

8. Once you're happy with your text, click Save. Your button will now be added to the page.

9. Click on the button to resize and reposition it using the Element Editor.

10. Preview your booklet to ensure that everything works as expected.

11. Your caption button is now added and ready to be interacted with!
