# Add an Audio File

# Add an Audio File

Adding audio to your Simplebooklet can make it more immersive and engaging for your audience. Whether you're adding background music, voiceovers, or sound effects, it's easy to incorporate audio into your booklet. Here's how to add audio:

### How to Add an Audio File

1. Open your **Dashboard** and scroll to the Simplebooklet you want to add audio to.

2. Click the **Edit** tab.

3. Select the page where you want to add the audio.

4. In the left-hand toolbar, click the **Audio** button.

5. Click **Choose File** to upload your audio file. Select an **MP3** or **AAC** file from your device.

6. Once you've selected the file, click **Save**. The audio will be added to your booklet.

7. Click on the audio to resize and reposition it using the **Element Editor**.

8. Preview your booklet to ensure that everything works as expected.

9. Your audio file is now added and ready to be interacted with!
