# Add and Arrange Booklets in Your Collection

# Add and Arrange Booklets in Your Collection

Your collection is only as useful as the booklets inside it. This article covers how to add booklets from your library, reorder them, and remove ones that no longer belong.

## How to Add Booklets

1. Open your **Dashboard** and click the **Your Collections** tab.

2. Find your collection in the **Current Collections** list and click the **Edit** (pencil) icon.

3. In the **Collection Editor**, click **Add More** in the left toolbar.

4. The panel shows your booklet library on the left and the **Displayed On Collection** column on the right.

| **Tip:** If you have linked accounts, use the **account dropdown** above the search bar to switch between different Simplebooklet libraries.

5. Use the **search bar** to find a specific booklet, or scroll through your full library.

6. **Drag** any booklet from the left into the **Displayed On Collection** column on the right.

| You can add as many booklets as you like. Repeat the drag for each one you want to include.

7. Optionally, toggle on **Highlight the first Simplebooklet in the collection by doubling its size** to give your top booklet a featured placement at the top of the page.

8. Click **Save** when you're done.


## How to Reorder Booklets

The order booklets appear in the **Displayed On Collection** column is the order your readers see them on the collection page.

9. In the **Add More** tab, click and drag any booklet within the **Displayed On Collection** column to move it to a new position.

10. Click **Save** to apply the new order.

| **Tip:** Put your most important or most recent booklet first — it's the first thing readers see when they open your collection. If you've toggled on the highlight feature, the first booklet gets double the size.


## How to Remove a Booklet

Removing a booklet from a collection doesn't delete the booklet from your account — it just takes it out of this collection.

11. In the **Add More** tab, drag the booklet from the **Displayed On Collection** column back to the left-hand library.

12. Click **Save**.

The booklet is removed from the collection and remains in your Dashboard, available to re-add at any time.
