# Add Terms of Service Link to your Navbar

Including a **Terms of Service** link in your Simplebooklet’s navbar is essential for providing legal clarity and transparency to your audience. It ensures that your users understand the terms under which they are accessing your content and helps build trust. Here’s how you can add a Terms of Service link to your navbar and customize it for your Simplebooklet.

### How to Add a Terms of Service Link to your Navbar

1. Open your **Dashboard** and select the Simplebooklet you want to update.

2. Click the **Design** tab.

3. In the left-hand toolbar, click **Info**.

4. Toggle on the **Terms of Service** option.

5. Click the **pencil icon** next to **Terms of Service** to edit your links.

6. Here, you can:

* Enter the **URL** for your **Terms of Service**

* Enter the **URL** for your **Privacy Statement**

| If you don’t have your own, don’t worry! A standard Terms of Service and Privacy Statement will be applied automatically.

7. A live preview drawer will automatically pop out from the right side of the Info section, allowing you to see how the Terms of Service will appear to your viewers in the navbar as you make changes.

8. Click **Done** to save your changes.

9. Your Terms of Service link is now visible in your navbar, giving your audience easy access to this important document!
