# Add Your Logo as a Smart Block

# Add Your Logo as a Smart Block

A Smart Block turns your logo into a reusable element you can drop onto any page inside your booklet — no re-uploading, no copy-pasting. Set it up once in your BrandKit, then place it anywhere in the Edit tab.

---

## Step 1: Add Your Logo to Your BrandKit

If you haven't added your logo yet, follow the steps in [Adding a Logo to Your BrandKit](https://docs.simplebooklet.com/en/article/adding-a-logo-to-your-brandkit-17ppeu4/). Once your logo is saved, it appears in the **Your Logos** section of the Logo page.

---

## Step 2: Enable Smart Block

1. In your BrandKit, go to **Logo**, then scroll to **Your Logos**.

2. Click the **pencil icon** next to the logo you want to use as a Smart Block.

3. Find the **Smart Block** toggle — *Make this logo a reusable element you can place on any page inside your booklet.*

4. Toggle it on.

5. Click **Done**.

---

## Step 3: Place It in Your Booklet

1. Open your booklet in the **Edit** tab.

2. In the left-hand toolbar, click **Smart Blocks**.

3. Click the **+** icon next to your logo to add it to the page.

4. Drag and resize it to position it wherever you want.

Repeat on any page — your Smart Block logo is available every time you open Smart Blocks in the Edit tab.

---

## Tips

* Smart Blocks are linked to your BrandKit — if you update your logo in BrandKit, the change carries through everywhere the Smart Block is placed.

* You can enable Smart Block on multiple logos if you have more than one saved.
