Adding A Headshot To Your Voice Narration

Introduction

Add an image of your face or company logo to your voice narration player.


|Tip: Don't try for perfection. The sincerity in your speech as you talk about what's important will be more engaging and authentic to your audience.

Benefits

Headshots are great for putting a face or brand to the voice. You can use different images depending on the mood you want to set for that particular narration or use different headshots depending on the speaker.

Step-by-Step Guide

Here are the steps to add a headshot to your voice narration.

Open your booklet in the NARRATE tab.

Flip to the page where you want add voice narration.

Select Record from the toolbar on the left.



Record your voice narration.



Tap the headshot icon.






Upload an image or select an image from your headshot library (any image you upload is automatically added to your headshot library).





Your headshot will automatically be applied to your voice narration player.

Delete Headshot

Use the delete tool to remove an existing voice narration from your page.

Open your booklet in the NARRATE tab.

Flip to the page where your voice narration is located.

Open the Record menu from the toolbar on the left.

tap the Headshot icon above the voice recorder.




Tap the delete icon to remove the headshot.

Your headshot will then be removed from your voice player.
