# Applying Your BrandKit to a Booklet

# Applying Your BrandKit to a Booklet

Once your BrandKit is set up, you can apply it to any booklet with a single toggle. No re-entering contact details, no re-uploading logos — just turn it on and your brand is in place.

---

## Logo and Contact Card

The **Use BrandKit** toggle appears inside each booklet's Logo and Contact Card settings.

1. From your **Dashboard**, open a booklet and go to the **Design** tab.

2. Navigate to **Logo** or **Contact Card** in the settings.

3. Click the **pencil icon** next to the toggle.

4. Toggle on **Use BrandKit**.

The preview will immediately update to show your BrandKit details pulled in automatically.

**For Logo** — your BrandKit logos appear in the placements you configured (Nav Bar, Menu, Browser Tab).

**For Contact Card** — your BrandKit contact details (name, title, email, website, social links, and headshot) populate the booklet's Contact section automatically.

---

## Language

Your BrandKit language applies to your booklet's navbar automatically — no toggle needed. To review or change the language for a booklet:

1. From your **Dashboard**, open a booklet and go to the **Design** tab.

2. Click **Nav Layout** in the left toolbar.

3. Switch to the **Language** tab.

4. Pick your language and click **Done**.

The language from your BrandKit will already be in use here.

---

## Headshots

Your BrandKit headshot is used when recording voice narration for a booklet.

1. From your **Dashboard**, open a booklet and go to the **Record** tab.

2. Click **Record** in the left toolbar.

3. Select **Voice Narration** — it will be selected by default. Note: headshots are not available for video recordings.

4. Click the **Add Headshot** button.

5. Toggle on **Use BrandKit Headshot**.

Your headshot will appear alongside the audio player for your audience.

---

## Customizing a Single Booklet

If you need a specific booklet to use different details, simply leave the **Use BrandKit** toggle off and enter the details manually for that booklet. The toggle gives you flexibility — brand consistency by default, with the option to customize when you need it.

---

## Tips

* Toggling on Use BrandKit is the fastest way to get a polished, on-brand booklet without any repetitive setup.

* If you update your BrandKit later, booklets with the toggle on will reflect the latest details.

* The toggle is available per section — you can use your BrandKit logo but a custom Contact Card, or vice versa.
