Bulk Manage your Simplebooklets Across Team Accounts


The Bulk Manage feature lets you quickly filter and manage Simplebooklets across linked team accounts. Instead of handling booklets one by one, you can transfer ownership, update visibility, add or remove tags, or even delete multiple documents all in one place.


Available on the Business plan.


How to Bulk Manage Simplebooklets Across Teams


  1. Open your Dashboard


  1. On the right-hand side, click the Manage button.



  1. The Bulk Manage popup will appear.


  1. Use the filters at the top to narrow down your results:



  • Title — search by booklet title.


  • Account Name — filter by team member account.


  • Tags — search by tags you’ve applied.


  • URL — search by booklet URL or path name.


  1. For team accounts, open the Account Name dropdown. By default, this is set to All Accounts, but you can select a specific team member linked to your account.



  1. After setting your filters, click the Search button. Your results will appear, showing only the Simplebooklets that match your criteria.



  1. From here, you can select all results at once or individually choose which booklets to manage.




Bulk Actions Available


Once you’ve selected your Simplebooklets, you can perform the following bulk actions:


Transfer



  • Bulk transfer your selected Simplebooklets to a different account.


  • From the dropdown menu, select the account to receive your booklets (or search for it).


  • Once transferred, the selected Simplebooklets will appear in the receiving account.


  • Click **Transfer **to confirm. You’ll receive a notification once the transfer is complete.


Tags



  • Add or remove tags from multiple Simplebooklets.


  • To create a new tag, type it into the text box and apply it.


  • To use an existing tag, select it from the list.


  • Click Apply New Tags to add tags or Remove Selected Tags to remove them.


  • A confirmation message will appear once changes are applied.


Visibility



  • Bulk update the visibility setting of selected Simplebooklets.


  • Choose one of the three visibility options:


  • Public Link


  • Link Only


  • Paused


  • Click Set New Visibility to apply changes.


  • A confirmation message will appear once visibility is updated.


Delete



  • Permanently delete selected Simplebooklets from the Simplebooklet platform.


  • Confirm deletion before proceeding.


  • Note: This does not delete original files in Canva, Adobe Express, or InDesign.


  • Click Delete to finalize. You’ll receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.


This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
