# Create a Team Account

# Create a Team Account

Team accounts allow you to collaborate with others on your Simplebooklet projects. Whether you're working with a small team or a larger organization, a team account gives you the ability to add multiple users and assign specific roles to them. Here’s how to create and manage team accounts in Simplebooklet.

### How to Create a Team Account

1. Open your **Dashboard** and click **Account** in the left-hand toolbar.

2. Select **Team Account**.

3. In the **Add Team Member** section, enter the name, email, and password for the new team member. You can also toggle the **Read-Only** option to grant view-only access.

4. Click the **Add** button to add the team member to your account.

5. After adding a team member, their name will appear in one of two lists:

* **Full Feature Team Accounts**: These accounts have full access to your Simplebooklet.

* **Read-Only Team Accounts**: These accounts have restricted, view-only access.

6. For each team member, you can view their name, email, and opens (the number of times they’ve accessed the booklet).

7. Under **Account Actions**, you can:

* **Open their Dashboard**: Access the user’s dashboard directly.

* **Collaborate with another Account**: Work together on shared projects.

* **Adjust Settings**: (We'll cover this in the next step)

8. If you’re adjusting your settings, you have the option to:

* Change or update their password: Enter the new password, confirm the new password, then click **Update Password**.

* **Toggle on Read-Only and/or Admin permissions**: Allow the user to view the booklet only, with no editing capabilities (Read-Only), or grant them admin privileges.

* Limit the number of Simplebooklets they can activate: Toggle on **Enforce Simplebooklet Limit**, enter a number in the box provided, then click **Set Limit**.

9. If needed, you can **Delete** the team member’s account by selecting the **Delete** option.

10. Once you’ve made all the necessary adjustments, your team account is set up and ready to go! You can now manage your team and collaborate seamlessly within your Simplebooklet account.
