Custom Domains and Cloudflare
If you use cloudflare for managing your domain, you'll have to set up the CNAME in your cloudflare account. You must also make sure to configure the settings to avoid the cloudflare proxy. If not, the Simplebooklet servers cannot discover the cname registration.
Your entry should look like this:
Make sure the PROXY STATUS is the grey cloud icon and DNS Only.
Save the entry and it should be available within 1/2 an hour to register in your Simplebooklet account under custom domain.
