Duplicate a Simplebooklet

Duplicating a Simplebooklet allows you to create an exact copy of an existing booklet while keeping the original version untouched. This is perfect when you want to reuse a design, create variations, or share a version with a team account.

How to Duplicate a Simplebooklet

1. Open your Dashboard.

2. Scroll to the Simplebooklet you want to duplicate.

3. Click the Duplicate button for that booklet.

4. A pop-up window titled Copy Your Simplebooklet will appear.

In this pop-up, you can choose where to create the copy:

• In My Account — Creates a duplicate in your current account.

• To A Specific Connected Or Team Account — Sends a copy to a selected connected or team account.

• To All Connected And Team Accounts — Sends a copy to all connected accounts at once.

You can make a copy of your booklet in your account, team accounts, or connected accounts. The original version remains in your account unchanged.

5. Click Copy.

Your duplicated Simplebooklet will now appear in the selected account.

What to Know About Duplicating

• The original Simplebooklet stays exactly the same.

• The duplicate becomes a completely separate booklet.

• Edits made to the duplicate will not affect the original version.
