Engage - Custom Button

Custom Button

Introduction

A Custom Button is a text button with a link that directs your customers to another webpage.

Available on all paid plans.

Benefits

Custom Buttons offer many creative possibilities. For example, you can use them to guide your customers to a related website, a commercial, or a map. As long as the content you want to link to has a URL, you can easily add it to your navbar header.

Step-by-Step Guide

Below is a walkthrough showing you how to create your own customized button on your navbar.

Log into your Simplebooklet DASHBOARD.

Locate the Simplebooklet you would like to edit and click on the CONFIGURE PRESENTATION button, which appears as a painter's palette.

Configure Presentation

Click the Engage Tab from the left navigation bar.

Engage Tab

Toggle the Custom Button on, then click the pencil icon.

The Custom Button modal will pop up. Enter a label for your button in the top field.

Configure Custom Button

For Custom Button URL, add the link where you want your customers to be redirected.

Once you're finished, click Done.

Your custom button should immediately appear in the navbar header with the name you assigned to it.
Even if your navbar is set to Icons Only, your Custom Button will still appear as a text button.
