Get to know your Dashboard
Your Simplebooklet Dashboard is your command center—everything you need to create, manage, and share your booklets starts here. From this central hub, you can upload files, start a booklet from blank, or access any of your existing booklets. It’s also where you’ll find key tools for customizing your booklet's look, tracking its performance, and managing domains. Whether you’re just getting started or have an entire library of booklets, the dashboard is designed to keep all your tasks organized and within reach.
Dashboard Header

The header section at the top of the dashboard shows important information including:
Your Simplebooklet plan: Displays the plan you're currently on (e.g., Business Plan).
Updates: Alerts for updates related to Simplebooklet.
Account Name: Allows you to switch between accounts.
Log Out: Log out of your Simplebooklet account
Create a New Simplebooklet

To create a new booklet, click the Upload File button at the top of the dashboard. If you'd like to start from a blank page or choose from other options, click the arrow beside the button.
Category Filters and Sorting

In the Category Filters and Sorting section, you can manage and view your active booklets by:
Using the search bar to find a specific booklet by title. You can also click the three horizontal lines in the search bar to access the advanced search tool.
Sorting your booklets: You can sort your booklets based on specific criteria, such as Most Opened, Last Edited, Newest, or Oldest, to quickly find what you're looking for.
Choosing how many booklets to display: The Show option lets you select how many booklets you want to see per page (e.g., 10, 20, etc.), making it easier to navigate if you have a large number of booklets.
Bulk Managing your booklets: The Manage button allows you to bulk manage multiple booklets at once (available only on Business plans).
Active Simplebooklets List

Below the header, you’ll see a list of your active booklets. Each booklet shows the following:
Cover Image: A photo of the first page of your booklet.
Title: The name of your booklet.
Public Link: The URL you can share with others to access the booklet. You can click on the icons next to it to open it in a new tab, copy the link, or update the link.
Opens and Pages: The number of times your booklet has been viewed and how many pages it has.
Followers: The number of followers your booklet has.
Revised Date: The date your booklet was last updated.
Link Visibility: The status of who can view or access your booklet
Actions and Options for Each Booklet

Each booklet has several action buttons to help you manage it:
Preview: View how your booklet will appear to others by clicking on the cover image.
Share: Get the public link or share your booklet directly with others.
Edit in Canva: Open your booklet in Canva to make design adjustments using Canva’s tools.
Edit: Open the booklet in the editor to make changes.
Design: Customize the design and appearance of your booklet.
Record: Track the performance and view detailed analytics for the booklet.
Reports: Access detailed reports on the booklet's performance (e.g., page views, shares, etc.).
Tag: You can tag your Simplebooklet by clicking on the tag icon. This section also lists the current tags applied to the booklet, helping you organize and categorize your content.
Replace: Replace the current version of your booklet.
Duplicate: Create a duplicate copy of your booklet.
Transfer: Transfer ownership of your booklet to another account.
Delete: Remove your booklet from your account.
Sidebar Navigation

The left-hand sidebar gives you quick access to other features:
Account: Access your account settings and manage your account information.
Collections: Organize and view your booklets in collections for easier management.
Brand Kit: Customize your brand’s logo, colors, and fonts.
Domain: Set up a custom domain for your booklets.
Activity: Review activity logs and track engagement across your booklets.
Integrations: Manage third-party integrations with your Simplebooklet account.
Community: Links to Simplebooklet’s social media profiles and a link to join our Facebook group.
Help: Access helpful resources, guides, and tips. If you can't find what you're looking for, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to chat with support or visit the help center for more articles.
