# Give Another Account Access to Edit your Simplebooklets

# **Give Another Account Access to Edit **y**our Simplebooklets**

This article shows you how to give another Simplebooklet account permission to edit your **Simplebooklets and Collections**. This is useful when working with teammates, 

collaborators, or agencies who need hands-on access to your content.

## **How to Give Access to Your Simplebooklets**

1. Open your **Dashboard**.

2. Click **Account** in the left-hand toolbar.

3. Select **Linked Accounts**.

4. Under **Give Access to My Simplebooklets**, enter the **email address** of the account you want to invite.

| The person you’re inviting **must already have a Simplebooklet account**.

5. Click **Invite**.

You’ll see a confirmation letting you know that the invitation has been sent.


## **What Happens Next**

After sending an invitation:

* The invited user receives:

* An **email invitation**

* A **notification** in their dashboard under **Account → Linked Accounts**

* They can **Accept** or **Decline** the invitation.

* Once accepted, their status updates to **Approved**, and they’ll be able to edit your Simplebooklets and Collections.


## **Manage Users With Access to Your Account**

On the same **Linked Accounts** page, you’ll find the **Users With Access to Your Account** section.

Here you can:

* See which accounts have access

* View each user’s **status** (Invited, Approved or Declined)

* Remove access at any time by clicking **Disconnect Account**


## **Good to Know**

* Linked accounts can edit **Simplebooklets and Collections**

* You stay in full control and can disconnect access at any time

* Once accounts are linked, you can hide specific Simplebooklets using the **eye icon** on your dashboard if needed
