How do I improve my Simplebooklet with Glow Up?

Glow Up is your built-in communications expert. It works on your Simplebooklet as soon as it's ready, then recommends what would make the biggest impact next. It can match your colours, write a summary, add accessibility content, translate your Simplebooklet and more. Glow Up recommends; you review every result and decide what stays.

Where do I find Glow Up?

Glow Up is at the top of the panel on the left in Preview, which opens when your Simplebooklet is ready.

You can also find it any time in Design: click Expert at the top of the left-hand toolbar to open Presentation Glow Up.

What has Glow Up already done?

Under Already done, Glow Up lists the changes it has made for you, such as Colors matched and In-page links activated.

Click any of them to review or change it.

How do I see Glow Up's recommendations?

In Preview, find What's next in the Glow Up panel.
Click View Recommendations.

Design opens with Presentation Glow Up ready, so you can review what's done and choose what to run next.

How do I run a Glow Up task?

In Presentation Glow Up, look under Select features.
Tick the box next to each task you want to run. The counter shows how many you've selected.
Click the button at the bottom of the panel to run them.
Review each result when it's ready.

Tasks that are already done show a green check and a Review button. Click Review to check or change the result.

What can Glow Up do?

Color: matches your Simplebooklet's colours to your design.
Summary: writes a short summary of your Simplebooklet for you to review.
Accessibility: adds accessibility content so more readers can use your Simplebooklet.
Translate: helps you reach readers in their own language.
Logo: finds your logo on your website and adds it for you. Learn more: How do I add my logo with the Logo Expert?

Common questions

Does Glow Up change my Simplebooklet without asking?

Glow Up does some setup for you, like matching your colours, and you can review or change any of it. Everything it does is listed under Already done, and each task has a Review button.

Do I have to use Glow Up?

No. Glow Up is there to save you time. You can share your Simplebooklet as it is, or make your own changes in Design.

What's the difference between Glow Up and the experts?

Glow Up brings the experts together in one place. Each task, like Logo or Contact Card, is handled by its own expert, and Glow Up lets you run and review them all from one panel.
