When either limit is reached, your account is paused. If no action is taken within 30 days of the pause, your account and all associated content are permanently deleted. If your booklet has disappeared, this is almost certainly what happened. See [Why Was My Free Account Removed?](https://docs.simplebooklet.com/en/article/why-was-my-free-account-removed-1lr2ibo/) for the full explanation, including what your options are and whether you may still be able to recover access. --- ## If Your Account Was Paused and You Just Upgraded If you upgraded to a paid plan during the 30-day grace period, your booklets should reappear automatically once your payment is processed. If they don't show up within a few minutes, try refreshing your Dashboard. If they're still missing, contact support via the chat icon and we'll sort it out. If your account was already permanently deleted before you upgraded, your content cannot be recovered.
