# Include Page Numbers in your Navbar (Controls Section)

Including **Page Numbers** in your Simplebooklet's navbar helps your readers easily track their progress as they navigate through the content. When enabled, this feature appears in the **Controls** section of your navbar and displays the current page number along with the total number of pages, giving your audience a clear sense of where they are in the booklet. Here's how to add page numbers to your navbar.

### How to Include Page Numbers in your Navbar

1. Open your **Dashboard** and select the Simplebooklet you want to update.

2. Click the **Design** tab.

3. In the left-hand toolbar, click **Controls**.

4. Toggle on the **Page Numbers** option to display the page numbers in your navbar.

5. Your changes will be saved automatically. When you're done, simply close the drawer.

6. The **Page Numbers** in the **Controls** section of your navbar is now active, giving your audience a clear sense of their current page and overall progress as they navigate your booklet.
