# Manage your Simplebooklet Link (Link Manager Overview)

The **Link Manager** in Simplebooklet’s Share page makes it easy to manage your link visibility, customize your URL, and export your Simplebooklet in various formats.

### How to Use the Link Manager
**
1. Open your **Dashboard** and scroll to the Simplebooklet you want to manage.

2. Tap the **Share** button to open the Link Manager.

3. At the top of the **Link Manager**, you’ll see your Simplebooklet’s title. Tap the pencil icon beside it to update the **title**, **author**, and **description**.

| This helps improve SEO and makes your Simplebooklet easier to find.

4. Below the title you can set your **Link Visibility**:

* **Public** – Anyone can access your Simplebooklet.

* **Link Only** – Only people with the link can access your Simplebooklet.

* **Paused** – Your Simplebooklet is unpublished and cannot be accessed.

5. Below your visibility settings, you’ll see your Simplebooklet URL, where you can:

* **Click the link** to open the published version of your Simplebooklet.

* **Copy the link** to quickly share your Simplebooklet.

* **Grab the QR code** for easy scanning and mobile access.

* **Use the shortlink** for a condensed, shareable version of your URL. 

| The shortlink stays the same, even if you update your Simplebooklet URL.

* **Tap the pencil icon** to update or customize your URL

| Changing your URL will deactivate the old link. Learn more about updating your URL: 

6. Below your URL, you’ll find the **Export Options**, where you can:

* **Install as an App** – Add your Simplebooklet to your device’s home screen.

* **Export as a Standard PDF** – Download a static PDF version.

* **Download Cover Image** – Save the cover thumbnail as a JPG or GIF.

* **Export as Video** – Create an MP4 with page flips, narration, and sound.

* **Export to Canva** – Send your pages directly to Canva for further design customization.

7. Beside the Export Options, you’ll find the **Share by Page** feature, where you can generate a unique link for a specific page in your Simplebooklet.
