# My Booklet Won't Open or Shows a Blank Page

If your Simplebooklet isn't loading or is showing a blank page, it's usually a browser or connection issue rather than a problem with your booklet itself. Work through these steps before reaching out to support.

## Things to Try

**Clear your browser cache.** Cached data can cause pages to load incorrectly. Clear your cache and reload the page. Each browser handles this differently — search "clear cache [your browser name]" for instructions.

**Try a different browser.** If clearing your cache doesn't help, open the booklet in a different browser entirely (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

**Try a different device or network.** If it loads on another device or when connected to a different network, the issue is likely with your original device or connection.

**Disable browser extensions.** Ad blockers and other extensions can interfere with how pages load. Try opening the booklet in a private/incognito window, which disables most extensions by default.

**Check the link.** Make sure you're using the correct and most up-to-date link to your booklet. Old or copied links can sometimes be outdated.

**Check your account status.** If your free plan has expired, your booklet may no longer be publicly accessible. Log into your Simplebooklet account to check your plan status.
