You can attach a messaging system to your microsite for your customers to contact you.
Available on all plans.
A messaging system is crucial if your business depends on listening to the highly specific needs and feedback of your customers. It shows that you are open to input and available for contact whenever someone wants to message you, which increases trust in your brand.
We have made the setup process extremely simple; with you having the authority to choose where you would like to direct your customer's messages, and setting the tone for how you would like them to feel before they even begin compiling their message.
Here is a 3 minute video demonstrating how to add a contact button as a part of your navbar.
Below is a walkthrough showing you how to add a contact button as a part of your navbar.
Open your Simplebooklet in the DESIGN tab.
Click the Navigation & Accessibility icon in the toolbar on the left.
You should be directed to a new tab. Toggle on Messaging.
Click edit beside Messaging.
You should again be directed to a new tab. First from the top, enter the email address that will receive messages from your customers in the box provided.
Below that, write a greeting that will appear to your customers if they choose to contact you in the blank space provided.
Once you are done, click SAVE.
You should be automatically directed back to your DESIGN tab. You can click on your new messaging box to preview it in the bottom right hand corner.
You've successfully set up a messaging system on your microsite!
