Requesting a Refund

Requesting a Refund

If you'd like to request a refund, reach out to us at support@simplebooklet.com and our team will take a look.

Refund Eligibility

Simplebooklet accepts — but is not obligated to honor — refund requests for Annual Plans made within 10 days of subscribing.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds.
  • Accounts with over 50 opens on any booklet are not eligible.
  • If a refund is granted, a $15 service charge will apply.
  • Refunds cannot be issued if a chargeback or bank dispute has already been filed.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, Simplebooklet may offer a partial or prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period. If this applies to your request, our team will include a clear explanation in their response.

Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund. If you want to request one, contact us at support@simplebooklet.com before deleting.

We also recommend keeping your account active after cancelling — this ensures you retain access to your content for the remainder of your paid billing period.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you've been charged without authorization, contact us at support@simplebooklet.com with the transaction details and we'll investigate right away.

Avoiding Future Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next period, downgrade or cancel your plan before your renewal date. A reminder email is sent 30 days before your annual plan renews.
