# Set up your Contact Card

# Set Up Your Contact Card

Your Contact Card displays your business details — phone, email, address, social links, and more — in the Contact section of your booklet's navbar. Readers can find it at any time while browsing your booklet. You can have the Contact Card Agent fill in your details automatically from your website, or enter everything yourself. Either way, it lives in the same place and updates in real time as you make changes.

Available on all plans.

## Why Add a Contact Card?

Readers who want to reach you shouldn't have to go looking. If your contact details aren't easy to find, that interest goes nowhere — not because they aren't motivated, but because the friction gets in the way.

The Contact Card puts your phone, email, address, social links, and more in a consistent, easy-to-find spot in your navbar. It's there every time a reader wants to take the next step.

## Two Ways to Get Started

### Option 1: Fill It In with the Contact Card Agent

The Contact Card Agent searches your website and auto-fills your contact details so you're not tracking down information one field at a time.

1. From your **Dashboard**, open a booklet and click the **Design** tab.

2. Click the **AI Agents** button in the top left corner of the toolbar.

3. Click **Start** next to **Apply Your Contact Card**.

4. Enter your organization's website URL and click **Search**.

5. The agent scans your site and fills in the details it finds. You'll get a notification — for example, *"7 contact card details found — review and adjust as required."*

6. Review the auto-filled fields and adjust anything as needed.

7. Click **Done** when you're satisfied.

> If you have a BrandKit with a Contact Card already set up, Apply Your Contact Card will show **Open** instead of **Start** — it's already populated from your BrandKit. Click **Open** to review or adjust the details.

### Option 2: Fill It In Manually

1. From your **Dashboard**, open a booklet and click the **Design** tab.

2. In the left-hand toolbar, click **Contact**.

3. The Contact Card is toggled on by default. Toggle it off here if you don't want it displayed.

4. Click the **pencil icon** to open the Contact Card editor. A live preview updates on the right as you make changes.

5. Enter your **Business Details:**

* Business Name

* Contact Title (e.g., CEO, Manager)

* Contact Name

6. Enter your **Contact Information:**

* Phone Number

* Email Address

* Website

* Address

7. Click **Next** to move to the **Socials** section.

8. Add links to any of your social media profiles:

* Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube

9. Check the live preview to make sure everything looks right, then click **Done**.

> If you have a BrandKit set up, your contact details will auto-populate from it. Toggle off the BrandKit in the editor if you want to customize the details for this specific booklet.

## How This Impacts the Audience Journey

The Contact Card supports the **Awareness** and **Action** stages of the Audience Journey. At Awareness, it immediately establishes who you are and how to reach you — building trust from the first interaction. At Action, it makes it easy for readers to take the next step: calling, emailing, visiting your site, or connecting on social media.
