# Set Up Your Contact Form

# Set Up Your Contact Form

The Contact Form lets readers send you a message directly from your booklet — no external links, no copy-pasting email addresses. It lives in the Contact section of your navbar and is available any time a reader wants to reach out. You can write your introductory prompt yourself, or let the Contact Form Agent generate one based on your booklet's content.

Available on all plans.

## Why Add a Contact Form?

Interested readers who can't easily reach you will move on. The Contact Form removes that barrier — it's right there in your navbar, ready whenever a reader has a question, wants to follow up, or is ready to take action.

You can review all Contact Form submissions at any time in the Reports section of your booklet.

## How to Set Up Your Contact Form

1. From your **Dashboard**, open a booklet and click the **Design** tab.

2. In the left-hand toolbar, click **Contact**.

3. Toggle on the **Contact Form** option.

4. Click the **pencil icon** to open the Contact Form editor. A live preview updates on the right as you make changes.

---

## Two Ways to Write Your Introductory Prompt

### Option 1: Generate with the Contact Form Agent

Let the agent write your introductory prompt based on your booklet's content.

1. In the Contact Form editor, click **Run Agent** next to **Contact Form Agent**.

2. You'll get a notification: *"Your agents are on it. We'll notify you when it's done! Feel free to work on other tasks."*

3. Once complete, the agent fills in the **Introductory Prompt** field with text tailored to your booklet. For example, a guest welcome guide might get: *"Please fill out the contact form for any questions or assistance during your stay."*

4. Review the text and make any changes directly in the text box.

5. Add the **Email Address of Recipient** — this is where reader messages will be delivered.

6. Click **Save**.

### Option 2: Write It Yourself

1. In the **Introductory Prompt** field, type the message you want readers to see when they open the Contact Form.

2. Add the **Email Address of Recipient**.

3. Click **Save**.

## Tips

* If you leave the introductory prompt blank, a default message will be used.

* The Contact Form is separate from your Contact Card. Your Contact Card displays your business details in the navbar — the Contact Form is the interactive form readers fill out to send you a message directly.

---

## How This Impacts the Audience Journey

The Contact Form supports the **Action** and **Satisfaction** stages of the Audience Journey. At Action, it gives readers who are ready to engage a direct, frictionless way to reach out. At Satisfaction, it keeps the conversation going — readers who have questions or want to follow up have a clear path to do so, which builds the kind of ongoing relationship that brings them back.
