# Setting Your BrandKit Language

Your BrandKit language controls the text that appears in your booklet's navigation menus and interface elements — things like button labels, menu headings, and navigation controls. Set it once to match your audience's language.

## How to Set Your Language

1. Go to your **Dashboard** and click **BrandKit** in the left toolbar.

2. Click **Language**.

3. Select your language from the list.

4. Click **Back to BrandKit**, then **Done**.

The Language section will show the selected language as a badge on the BrandKit overview — for example, *ENGLISH* or *FRANÇAIS*.

## What the Language Setting Affects

The language setting translates the built-in navigation and menu elements of your booklet — labels like Info, Contact, Share, and Controls. It does not translate the content of your booklet itself.

## Tips

* If your booklet content is in a language other than English, set your BrandKit language to match so the navigation feels consistent for your readers.

* You can change your language at any time and it will apply to your booklets going forward.
