Data Terms — Covers ownership of your content (Customer Data remains yours), how Simplebooklet may use aggregated non-identifiable data (Pattern Data), and confidentiality of data.

Fees, Usage, and Payment Terms — Outlines subscription fees, payment schedules, late payment terms, and tax responsibilities.

Warranties and Disclaimers — Details the warranties Simplebooklet makes about the platform's performance and the limitations of liability.

Indemnification & Limitations of Liability — Describes how each party protects the other from third-party claims and caps on liability.

Confidentiality, Data Protection, and Security — Covers how both parties handle confidential information, privacy obligations (including GDPR), and Simplebooklet's security standards.

Term, Termination, and Renewals — Sets out the subscription period, how the agreement renews, and the conditions under which either party may terminate.

How to Execute This Agreement

This agreement may be signed and returned by email or executed electronically. It may be executed in counterparts, each of which is considered an original.
