# The Reports Snapshot

# The Reports Snapshot

The Snapshot is the first thing you see when you open Reports for any booklet — an at-a-glance summary of how that booklet is performing across the four stages of the audience journey, for whatever date range you've selected.

## How to Access It

1. From your **Dashboard**, find the booklet you want to review.

2. Click the **Reports** button (the bar chart icon).

3. The Snapshot opens by default.

## Setting Your Date Range

In the top right corner of the Reports page, you'll find the **date range selector**. Click it to choose the time period you want to analyze. All four stage cards on the Snapshot update to reflect data for that period.

## The Four Stage Cards

The Snapshot breaks your booklet's performance into four stages:

**Awareness** — How many people found and opened your content.

* *Total Opens* — Every time someone clicked to open your booklet.

* *Unique Visitors* — The number of distinct individuals who viewed it.


**Attention** — How deeply readers engaged once they opened it.

* *Pages Flipped* — Total page turns across all sessions.

* *Interactive Clicks* — Clicks on embedded links, videos, hotspots, or other interactive elements.


**Action** — Whether readers took the next step you asked for.

* *Call to Action Clicks* — Clicks on any CTA buttons or links embedded in your booklet.


**Satisfaction** — The long-term value your booklet is delivering.

* *Savings* — An estimate of what you'd have spent distributing this content in print.

* *Return Visits* — Readers who came back to view your booklet more than once.
