Understanding the Enterprise Simplebooklet Plan

The Enterprise plan is for organizations that need single sign-on, a security review or formal service commitments before rolling Simplebooklet out across teams. It includes everything in the Business plan, plus SAML single sign-on with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID, security and legal documents your IT and procurement teams can review, and service level commitments in your agreement.

Who is the Enterprise plan for?

The Enterprise plan is a good fit if you're thinking: "We need to meet security, compliance and governance requirements before we can use this platform."

It's built for organizations that:

Work in a regulated or security-conscious industry
Need SAML single sign-on so IT can manage who has access
Need security and legal documents for an IT, procurement or legal review
Want service level commitments and dedicated support

What does the Enterprise plan include?

Everything in Business: unlimited team members, roles and permissions, admin accounts, team-level reporting, bulk management, and transferring documents when someone leaves.
SAML single sign-on: connect Simplebooklet to Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID, so your team signs in with their work accounts and IT controls access.
Security and legal documents: a full set of policies, agreements and compliance documents for your review.
Service level commitments: included in your Enterprise subscription agreement.
Dedicated support and onboarding: we work with you to set up single sign-on, define roles and permissions, and plan your rollout.

How does SAML single sign-on work?

SAML single sign-on (SSO) lets your team sign in to Simplebooklet with the accounts they already use at work, instead of a separate Simplebooklet password. Your identity provider decides who can get in, so access follows your existing IT policies.

Who it's for: organizations that manage employee access through Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure), and IT teams that need to add and remove access in one place.

What your admin does:

Opens Account > Team Account > SAML Settings in Simplebooklet.
Creates a SAML app for Simplebooklet in Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID.
Copies a few values between the two (sign-in URLs, IDs and a certificate) and saves.
Gives people access to the Simplebooklet app in the identity provider.

Once SSO is on, everyone on your Team Account signs in this way, and your existing team accounts and Simplebooklets carry over. Everyone your admin gives access to gets a managed account under your Team Account. To add or remove someone, your admin does it in Google Admin or Microsoft Entra, not in Simplebooklet. You only set up SSO once for your organization.

How do I move from Business to Enterprise?

Most organizations move to Enterprise when IT, procurement or legal asks for single sign-on, a security review, service level commitments or contract terms. Your team accounts and Simplebooklets carry over, and Enterprise adds the controls your organization needs to approve Simplebooklet.

Open your Dashboard and click Upgrade beside your current plan in the top-left corner. You can also go to Account > Your Plan > Manage Plan > Upgrade.
On the pricing page, find the Enterprise plan and click Contact Us.

Common questions

Which identity providers does Simplebooklet support?

Simplebooklet supports SAML single sign-on with Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure). If your organization uses a different identity provider, contact us to talk through your setup.

Do we add new team members in Simplebooklet or in our identity provider?

In your identity provider. Once SSO is set up, your admin gives people access in Google Admin or Microsoft Entra, and each person gets a managed account under your Team Account.

Will our existing team accounts and Simplebooklets carry over when we turn on SSO?

Yes. Your existing team accounts and Simplebooklets carry over. No one needs a new account.

No. Once SSO is on, everyone on your Team Account signs in through your identity provider. Before you turn it on, make sure everyone who needs Simplebooklet has access to the Simplebooklet app in Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID.

Is our data encrypted?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256. Learn more in the Data Encryption Overview on our Enterprise & Security Documentation page.

Does Simplebooklet use our documents to train AI?

No. Simplebooklet doesn't use your content to train AI models, and AI features such as the AI Expert only run when someone on your team starts them. Details are in our AI Usage & Data Protection Policy.

Do you offer a service level agreement?

Yes. Service level commitments are part of the Enterprise Subscription Services Agreement. We provide a completed agreement for your review before you sign.
