# Upload an Annual Report

# Upload an Annual Report

Your annual report represents a year of work. Make sure people actually read it.

## Why Upload Your Annual Report to Simplebooklet?

Annual reports are some of the most important documents an organization produces — and some of the least read. A PDF buried in an email or on a website gets downloaded once and forgotten. Simplebooklet gives your report its own branded link, a page-flip experience that encourages people to read through it, and real-time analytics showing you exactly who opened it, which sections they spent time on, and where they dropped off. For stakeholders, board members, donors, or the public, that visibility matters.

## How to Upload Your Annual Report

1. Go to your **Dashboard** and click **Upload File**.

2. Select **Upload File From Computer**.

3. Choose your annual report PDF.

4. On the **Convert** page, set your **Title** — keep it clear and professional as it will form part of your URL.

5. Under **Choose A Page Flip**, select a transition that fits the tone of your report. A clean, understated flip works best for formal documents.

6. Click **Convert**.

7. Your report loads in **Preview**. Review the layout, choose a theme that matches your branding, and share.

## What Readers See

Readers open your report from a single link — no download, no PDF viewer needed. It works on any device, loads instantly, and presents your content the way it was designed.

## Tips

- Add a **Table of Contents** to your report before uploading — Simplebooklet's AI agent can also generate one for you after conversion.

- Use the **Reports** tab to share engagement data with leadership — opens, page views, and time on page make a compelling case for content decisions.

- If your report is updated mid-year, use the **Replace** feature to swap the file without changing the link.

- For organizations sharing with specific stakeholders, use **Verified Emails** or **Password** access controls in the Share tab to restrict who can view it.
