Use Advanced Search for Team Accounts
The Advanced Search feature makes it easier to find specific Simplebooklets across your team accounts. Instead of scrolling through all booklets, you can apply filters to quickly narrow down results. This is especially useful when you want to see the work created by individual team members.
How to Use Advanced Search for Team Accounts
- Open your Dashboard
- Locate the search bar on the left-hand side of the screen and click the filter icon inside the bar.
- The Advanced Simplebooklet Search popup will appear.
- From here, you can apply filters to refine your results. Options include:
- Title — search by booklet title.
- Account Name — filter results by team member account.
- Tags — search by tags you’ve applied to booklets.
- URL — search by URL or path name.
- In the Account Name section, use the dropdown menu to choose a specific team member. By default, this is set to All Accounts, but you can select any team member linked to your account.
- After setting your filters, click the Search button.
- You’ll be taken to a results page showing only the Simplebooklets that match your filters.
Why Use Advanced Search with Team Accounts?
Filtering by Account Name gives you visibility into the work created by each team member. This is especially helpful for:
- Managing workloads across your team.
- Reviewing content ownership.
- Quickly finding booklets tied to specific projects or clients.
