# View and Download your Receipts

# **View and Download your Receipts**

This article shows you how to access your billing history and download receipts for your Simplebooklet subscription directly from your dashboard.

## **How to Check your Receipts**

1. Open your **Dashboard** and click **Account** from the left-hand menu.

2. Select **Your Plan** to view your subscription details.

3. Under the **Manage Plan** section, click **Receipts**.

Your billing and payment history will open, where you can view and download individual receipts as needed.

## What Billing Documentation Is Available

Receipts are available on all paid plans. Formal invoices with custom billing details — such as a company name, address, and VAT or tax ID — are only available on Business and Enterprise plans.

If you're on a Basic or Pro plan and need a formal invoice for procurement or accounting purposes, you'll need to upgrade to access that functionality.

## Updating Your Billing Details

You can update your organization name, address, and VAT or tax ID directly from the receipts page. Click **Billing Details** at the top of the page to make changes. Any updates you save will apply to all future receipts.
