Cancel your Subscription Plan
You can cancel your Simplebooklet subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will automatically revert to the free plan.
How to Cancel your Subscription
You can only cancel a paid subscription from your Simplebooklet Dashboard. Email or chat requests for cancellations are not supported.
- Open your Dashboard and click the Account icon in the toolbar on the left-hand side.
- Click Your Plan.
- You’ll see your Plan Details. In the bottom-right corner of the page, click the red Cancel [Your Plan Type] button (for example, Cancel Business Plan).
- Enter your reason for cancelling, then complete your cancellation.
No further subscription charges will occur on your account once the cancellation is processed.
What Happens to Your Published Content
You’ll retain full access to your Simplebooklets until the end of your current paid period. Once your subscription ends, your account will revert to the Free Plan, which allows for one active booklet.
All other booklets will remain in your account but will be paused—their links will no longer work for sharing or viewing. You can still access, edit, and upgrade again later if needed.
Requests for Refunds
Simplebooklet currently accepts—but is not obligated to honor—refund requests for Annual Plans made within 30 days of the charge.
- Refunds are not available for Monthly Plans.
- Accounts with over 100 opens on any booklet are not eligible for refunds.
- If a refund is granted, a $15 service charge will apply.
- Refunds cannot be issued if a chargeback or bank dispute has already been filed.
Simplebooklet subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. To avoid future charges, downgrade your account before your next renewal date by following the steps above.
Deleting Your Account with a Paid Plan
Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund. If you’d like to request a refund, please contact support@simplebooklet.com
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, Simplebooklet may offer partial or prorated refunds. This means you could receive a refund for the unused portion of your billing period. If a partial refund is issued, our team will include a clear explanation in the response to your refund request.
Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you’ve received an unauthorized charge from Simplebooklet, please contact support@simplebooklet.com with details of the transaction. Our support team will investigate and respond promptly.
