Change your Subscription Plan
You can switch between Simplebooklet plans at any time. When you upgrade or downgrade, any remaining credit from your current plan will be automatically applied to your new one. Whether you’re unlocking more features or switching between monthly and annual billing, you can make changes directly from your dashboard in just a few clicks.
How to Change your Subscription Plan
Option 1: Change Your Plan from the Dashboard
- On your Dashboard, look at the top left corner where your current plan name is displayed.
- Click the Upgrade button beside it.
- A page will open showing your current plan and all available options, including annual and month-to-month choices.
- Click Get Started on the plan you’d like to switch to.
- Once your plan has been successfully updated, you’ll see your new plan name displayed in the top left corner of your Dashboard.
Option 2: Change your Plan from Account Settings
- Open your Dashboard and click the Account icon in the toolbar on the left-hand side.
- Click Your Plan.
- You’ll see your Plan Details. Under the Manage Plan section, click Upgrade for More Features.
- You’ll be taken to a page showing your current plan along with all available upgrade options, including annual and month-to-month choices.
- Click Get Started on the plan you’d like to switch to.
- Once your plan has been successfully updated, you’ll see your new plan name displayed in the top left corner of your Dashboard.
Downgrading or Switching Between Plans
You can switch between plans at any time, including downgrading to a smaller plan. When you do, any remaining credit from your previous subscription will automatically be applied toward your new plan.
Why Upgrade Your Plan?
Upgrading your plan unlocks additional features that make it easier to customize, share, and track your Simplebooklets — helping you get more value and flexibility for your projects.
Requests for Refunds
Simplebooklet currently accepts—but is not obligated to honor—refund requests for Annual Plans made within 30 days of the charge.
- Refunds are not available for Monthly Plans.
- Accounts with over 100 opens on any booklet are not eligible for refunds.
- If a refund is granted, a $15 service charge will apply.
- Refunds cannot be issued if a chargeback or bank dispute has already been filed.
Simplebooklet subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. To avoid future charges, downgrade your account before your next renewal date by following the steps above.
Deleting Your Account with a Paid Plan
Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund. If you’d like to request a refund, please contact support@simplebooklet.com
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, Simplebooklet may offer partial or prorated refunds. This means you could receive a refund for the unused portion of your billing period. If a partial refund is issued, our team will include a clear explanation in the response to your refund request.
Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you’ve received an unauthorized charge from Simplebooklet, please contact support@simplebooklet.com with details of the transaction. Our support team will investigate and respond promptly.
