The Navigation tab in the Collection Editor controls what interactive elements appear on your collection page — from your collection title and contact details to sharing icons and how each booklet opens.

Available on: All paid plans.

How to Open Navigation Settings

  1. Open your Dashboard and click the Your Collections tab.

  1. Click the pencil icon to edit:

Simplebooklet Details

Toggle on to display a description beneath each booklet cover on your collection page. This helps readers understand what each booklet is about before they click into it.

Social Media Buttons

Toggle on to show social share icons beneath each booklet, so readers can share individual booklets to their own social platforms.

Simplebooklet Open Action

Choose how booklets open when a reader clicks on them in your collection:

  • Open In Lightbox — Opens the booklet in an overlay on top of the collection page (default).

  • Open In New Tab — Opens the booklet in a new browser tab.

  • Open In Current Tab — Navigates away from the collection page to the booklet.

Tip: Lightbox keeps readers on your collection page after they finish reading, making it easier for them to browse more booklets. New Tab is better if you want to keep the collection open as a home base.
