Collections in Your Navbar

You can add a link to any of your collections directly inside an individual booklet's navbar. This gives readers a way to discover and browse your full library without ever leaving the booklet they're already in.

Available on: Basic plan and above.

Why Add a Collection to Your Navbar?

When a reader finishes a booklet — or finds it interesting enough to want more — they have nowhere to go unless you give them somewhere. Adding your collection to the navbar creates a natural path forward. With one click, they can browse everything else you've published.

It's one of the most effective ways to turn a single-booklet reader into a multi-booklet audience.

How to Add a Collection to Your Navbar

  1. Open your Dashboard and click the cover of the booklet you want to update.

  1. Click the Design tab.

  1. In the left-hand toolbar, click Info.

  1. Scroll to the Collections section.

  1. Toggle Show Collections on.

  1. From the dropdown, select the collection you want to link to.

Tip: If you have multiple collections, choose the one that's most relevant to this booklet's audience. You can always come back and change it.

  1. Click Save. The collection button now appears in the booklet's navbar for all readers.

What Readers See

When a reader clicks the Collections button in your navbar, a panel slides open showing your collection — the title, description, and all the booklet covers inside it. They can open any booklet directly from the panel without navigating away from the current one.

To change which collection is linked, return to Design → Info → Collections, choose a different collection from the dropdown, and click Save.

To remove the link entirely, toggle Show Collections off and click Save. The button disappears from the navbar immediately.
