Request Access to Another Simplebooklet Account


This article explains how to request access to another Simplebooklet account so you can collaborate on their Simplebooklets and Collections once approved.


Available on paid plans.


How to Request Access to Another Account


  1. Open your Dashboard.


  1. Click Account in the left-hand toolbar.


  1. Select Linked Accounts.


  1. At the top of the page, locate the Request Access section and click it.


  1. Enter the email address associated with the Simplebooklet account you want access to.


  1. Click Invite.


You’ll see a confirmation letting you know your access request has been sent.



What Happens After You Send a Request


The account owner receives:


  • An email notification


  • Linked Accounts notification in their dashboard


Your request will appear under Accounts You Can Access with a status of Invited



When the Account Owner Responds


Once the account owner reviews your request:


  • If approved:


  • You’ll receive confirmation


  • The account status updates to Approved


  • You can switch into their account immediately


  • If declined


  • No access is granted


  • The request is removed from your list



Good to Know


  • You must already have a Simplebooklet account to request access


  • Each request is tied to the specific account email you enter


  • Access only becomes available after approval


  • You can disconnect from an approved account at any time
