Setting Up Your Contact Form with the Contact Form Agent

The Contact Form lets readers send you a message directly from your booklet — no external links, no copy-pasting email addresses. The Contact Form Agent reads your booklet's content and writes the introductory prompt for you, so the message your readers see feels relevant to what they're looking at.

How to Set Up Your Contact Form

  1. From your Dashboard, open a booklet and click the Design tab.
  2. In the left-hand toolbar, click Contact.
  3. Toggle on Contact Form.
  4. Click the pencil icon to open the Contact Form editor.

Using the Contact Form Agent

Instead of writing your introductory prompt from scratch, let the agent do it based on your booklet's content.

  1. In the Contact Form editor, click Run Agent next to Contact Form Agent.
  2. You'll get a notification: "Your agents are on it. We'll notify you when it's done! Feel free to work on other tasks."
  3. Once complete, the agent fills in the Introductory Prompt field with text tailored to your booklet. For example, a guest welcome guide might get: "Please fill out the contact form for any questions or assistance during your stay."
  4. Review the text and make any changes you'd like directly in the text box.
  5. Add the Email Address of Recipient — this is where reader messages will be delivered.
  6. Click Save.

Tips

  • You can edit the introductory prompt at any time by going back to Design → Contact and clicking the pencil icon.
  • The Contact Form is separate from your Contact Card. Your Contact Card displays your business details (phone, address, social links) in the navbar — the Contact Form is the interactive form readers fill out to send you a message.
