Share Your Collection

Once your collection is ready, the Share panel gives you everything you need to get it in front of your audience — a shareable link, embed code, QR code, and password protection all in one place.

Available on: Pro plan and above.

How to Open the Share Panel

  1. Open your Dashboard and click the Your Collections tab.

  1. Find your collection and click the Edit (pencil) icon.

  1. Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the Collection Editor.

Your collection link is the fastest way to share your collection. Copy it and paste it anywhere — email, chat, social media, or a website.

  1. In the Share panel, click Copy to copy your current collection link.

  1. To update your link (change the domain or slug), click Update. A popup will appear where you can:

  • Choose a Domain from the dropdown.

  • Enter a new Slug to customize the last part of your URL.

  • Click Save.

Important: When you update your collection link, the old link will no longer work. Anyone you've previously shared it with will need the new link.

Tip: Make your slug memorable and easy to type, especially on a mobile device.

Password Protection

  1. Toggle on Require a password to restrict access to your collection.

  1. Click the gear icon to open the password manager, where you can add, manage, and remove passwords.

For full details on setting up and managing passwords, see Password Protect Your Collection.

Embed

Embed your collection directly on a webpage so visitors can browse without leaving your site.

  1. Click Embed in the Share panel. A popup opens with your embed code.

  1. Click Copy to copy the embed code.

  1. Paste the code into the HTML of your webpage.

Important: Embed codes work on most website builders and CMS platforms that support custom HTML. If your platform restricts HTML embeds, use the share link instead.

QR Code

Generate a QR code so anyone with a smartphone can scan and open your collection instantly — ideal for printed materials, signage, or trade show displays.

  1. Click QR Code in the Share panel. A popup opens with your QR code.

  1. From the popup you can:

  • Scan it directly with your phone to test it.

  • Download it as an image file.

  • Get a Print Version optimized for print materials.

Tip: Always test your QR code by scanning it yourself before printing or distributing.
