Transfer your Collection

Transfer Your Collection

You can move a Collection — and all the Simplebooklets inside it — into a Team Account so everyone on your team can access and manage them together.

Available on: All paid plans.

How It Works

When you transfer a Collection:

All Simplebooklets you own inside the collection will move with it.

Simplebooklets that belong to another account (shared booklets) will stay with their original owner — only your own booklets transfer.

After the transfer, the Collection belongs to your team account.

This action is permanent. Once transferred, the collection is managed from the team account.

You'll still be able to access the collection if you're a member of the team account it was transferred to.

How to Transfer a Collection

Open your Dashboard and click the Your Collections tab.

Find the collection you want to transfer in the Current Collections list.

Click the Transfer icon next to the collection.

In the popup, select the team account you want to transfer to from the dropdown.

Click Transfer.

Your Collection and all your owned Simplebooklets within it are now in your team account.
