Your Tasks

The Your Tasks tab sits alongside your AI Agents in the panel and works a little differently. These aren't tasks your agents can complete — they require information only you have. But they're just as important, so they live right here to make sure nothing gets missed before you share your booklet.

The Two Tasks

🏷️ Apply Your Logo

Your logo tells readers immediately who this booklet is from. Without it, your booklet looks like it could belong to anyone. With it, every page you share reinforces your brand.

Clicking Apply Your Logo takes you to the Logo tool in the Presentation menu of the Design tab. From there you can upload your logo and choose exactly where it appears:

Navbar — shows your logo inside the booklet navigation bar

Browser Tab — adds your logo as a favicon so it appears in the reader's browser tab

Landing Page Header — displays your logo at the top of your booklet's landing page

Apply to All — places it everywhere at once

If you've already set up a Brand Kit, your logos will be available to use automatically — just toggle on Brand Kit logos and apply.

A logo can be a PNG, JPEG, or SVG file.

📇 Apply Your Contact Card

Your Contact Card gives readers a direct line to you — no searching, no guessing. It appears in the Contact section of your navbar and puts your business details front and center for anyone who wants to reach out.

Clicking Apply Your Contact Card takes you to the Contact section of the Design tab. From there you can add:

Business name, contact title, and contact name

Phone number, email address, website, and address

Social media links: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

As you fill in your details, a live preview updates in real time so you can see exactly how your Contact Card will look to your readers before saving.

If you have a Brand Kit set up, your contact details will populate automatically. You can toggle off the Brand Kit if you want to customize the details for a specific booklet.

Why These Are Worth Doing

Every booklet you create is also a representation of your brand. A reader who finishes your content and wants to follow up should be able to do that in one click — and they should know who they're clicking through to. Your logo and contact card are what make that possible.

They take a few minutes to set up, and once your Brand Kit is configured they're even faster. It's worth taking care of before you hit Share.
