Meet Your Specialist Agents

Your AI Agents panel includes Specialist Agents, each focused on a specific job. Here's a quick look at what each one does, where readers find the results, and what to keep in mind before you run them.

🖼️ Logo Agent

Available on: All plans.

What it does: Searches your organization's website and pulls your logo directly into your booklet's logo library — no file hunting or manual uploads needed.

Where readers find it: The Nav Bar, Menu, and/or Browser Tab — wherever you choose to place it after the agent adds it to your library.

Enter your website URL, tap the logo you want, and it's added to Your Logos. You can then configure its placement and add an optional link. If you already have a logo set up, Apply Your Logo will show Open instead of Start.

👤 Contact Card Agent

Available on: All plans.

What it does: Searches your organization's website and automatically fills in your contact card details — business name, phone, email, address, social links, and more.

Where readers find it: The Contact section of your navbar.

Enter your website URL, review what the agent finds, and adjust anything before saving. If you already have a BrandKit Contact Card set up, Apply Your Contact Card will show Open instead of Start — click Open to review or edit the details.

📝 Contact Form Agent

Available on: All plans.

What it does: Reads your booklet's content and writes the introductory prompt for your Contact Form — so the message your readers see feels relevant to what they're looking at.

Where readers find it: The Contact section of your navbar.

The agent is accessed directly from the Contact Form editor in Design → Contact. Once generated, you can edit the prompt and add your recipient email before saving.

📋 Summary Specialist

Available on: Basic plan and above.

What it does: Reads through your entire booklet and writes a concise description of what's inside.

Where readers find it: The Info section of your navbar.

The summary also powers how your booklet appears in collections, search engine results, and social media shares — so it's working for you even before someone opens your booklet. Once generated, you can edit it to match your voice. Your agent automatically turns on the Summary in your navbar when it runs. If you ever want to toggle it on or off, go to Design → Info.

📑 Table of Contents Specialist

Available on: Basic plan and above.

What it does: Scans your booklet and builds a clickable, navigable index of your sections with page numbers.

Where readers find it: The Info section of your navbar.

Readers can jump directly to any section instead of flipping through page by page. Once generated, you can edit section titles, reorder entries, and adjust page numbers. Your agent automatically turns on the Table of Contents in your navbar when it runs. If you ever want to toggle it on or off, go to Design → Info.

Works best on booklets with 8 or more pages.

♿ Accessibility Specialist

Available on: Pro plan and above.

What it does: Generates a complete text-only version of your booklet, optimized for screen readers and keyboard navigation, helping your content align with ADA standards.

Where readers find it: The Accessibility button in your booklet's navbar.

Once generated, you can review and edit the accessibility text page by page before it goes live. Your agent automatically turns on the Accessibility button in your navbar when it runs. If you ever want to toggle it on or off, go to Design → Advanced → Nav Buttons.

Supports booklets up to 30 pages.

🌐 Language Specialist

Available on: Business plan.

What it does: Translates your booklet's text into a language of your choosing without altering your original design or layout.

Where readers find it: The Accessibility button in your booklet's navbar. When readers open the menu, a dropdown lets them select from the languages you've generated.

You can only generate one language per run, but you can run the Language Specialist again to add more over time. Your agent automatically turns on the Accessibility button in your navbar when it runs. If you ever want to toggle it on or off, go to Design → Advanced → Nav Buttons.

Available languages: English, Français, Español, Deutsche, Nederlands, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, 中文, عربى, עברית, Ελληνικά, Svenska, ไทย, Portugués

Supports booklets up to 30 pages.
