Add a Logo to Your Simplebooklet
Add a Logo to Your Simplebooklet
Give your booklet a professional, branded look by adding your logo to the Nav Bar, Menu, and Browser Tab. You can have the Logo Agent find it from your website automatically, or upload one yourself. Either way, it lands in the same place — ready to configure and place.
Available on all plans.
Why Add a Logo?
Your logo is the fastest way to tell readers who they're hearing from. Without it, your booklet could belong to anyone. With it, every page reinforces your brand — building recognition and trust before readers have even finished the first page.
Adding your logo to the Nav Bar, Menu, and Browser Tab means it's present throughout the entire reading experience, not just at the start.
Two Ways to Get Started
Option 1: Find It with the Logo Agent
The Logo Agent searches your organization's website and pulls your logo directly into your library — no file hunting required.
- From your Dashboard, open a booklet and click the Design tab.
- Click the AI Agents button in the top left corner of the toolbar.
- Click Start next to Apply Your Logo.
- In the Logo Agent panel, click Run.
- Enter your organization's website URL and click Search.
- The Logo Agent displays the logos it finds — X Logos Found · Tap One to Apply.
- Tap the logo you want. It will be added to your Your Logos list.
If the Logo Agent doesn't find the right version, click Try Another URL to search a different page on your site (like your About page or press kit).
Option 2: Upload Manually
- From your Dashboard, open a booklet and click the Design tab.
- In the left-hand toolbar, click Brand.
- Click Upload Logo.
- Click Select Logo File and choose your file (PNG, JPEG, or SVG).
- Give your logo a Name to help identify it later.
- Optionally, add a Logo Link — a URL readers are taken to when they click your logo.
- Click Add Logo. Your logo now appears under Your Logos.
Configure Your Logo
Both paths land your logo in the Your Logos list. From here, click the pencil icon next to your logo to configure it:
- Select Placement — Choose where it appears: Nav Bar, Menu, and/or Browser Tab. You can select as many as you want.
- Name — Update the label for your own reference.
- Logo Link (optional) — A URL readers are taken to if they click your logo.
When you're satisfied, click Done in the top right corner.
To use a logo from your BrandKit across all booklets automatically, toggle on Use BrandKit at the top of the Logo section.
How This Impacts the Audience Journey
Adding a logo supports the Awareness stage of the Audience Journey. It immediately communicates who you are, making your booklet feel professional and trustworthy from the first impression. Placing your logo consistently across the Nav Bar, Menu, and Browser Tab ensures your brand is present throughout the entire reading experience.
