Adding Headshots to Your BrandKit

A headshot puts a face to your name and voice. When you record narration for a booklet, your headshot appears next to the audio player — so your audience knows who's talking and feels more connected to your content.

How to Upload a Headshot

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click BrandKit in the left toolbar.

  1. Click Headshots.

  1. Click Select File.

  1. Choose your photo — PNG or JPG, up to 25mb.

  1. Your headshot will appear in the Your Headshots section.

Managing Your Headshots

Once a headshot is uploaded, you can:

  • Set as Default — makes this the headshot that appears in your booklets

  • Delete — removes the headshot from your library

You can store up to 100 headshots in your BrandKit.

Where Headshots Appear

Your default headshot appears in two places:

  • Next to the audio player — when you've recorded narration, readers see your photo alongside the playback controls at the bottom of the booklet.

  • In your Contact Card — if you've enabled the Show Headshot toggle in the Contact Card section, your headshot also appears next to your contact details in the booklet's navigation menu.

Tips

  • Use a clear, well-lit photo — it appears small next to the audio player, so a simple headshot with a clean background works best.

  • If you have multiple headshots (for different team members, for example), you can upload them all and set whichever is appropriate as the default.

  • Headshots apply to new booklets automatically once saved.
