Setting Up Your BrandKit Contact Card

Setting Up Your BrandKit Contact Card

Your Contact Card is the information that appears in the Contact section of every booklet's navigation menu. Fill it in once and your audience can reach you directly from any booklet you share.

You can fill in your Contact Card manually or use the Contact Card Agent to pull your details automatically from your website.

Using the Contact Card Agent

The Contact Card Agent searches your organization's website and auto-fills your contact details — so you're not tracking down phone numbers, addresses, and social links one by one.

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click BrandKit in the left toolbar.
  2. Click Contact Card.
  3. Click Run → next to Contact Card Agent.
  4. Enter your organization's website URL and click Search.
  5. The agent scans your site and fills in the details it finds. Review the auto-filled fields and adjust anything as needed.
  6. Click Done when you're satisfied.

How to Set Up Your Contact Card

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click BrandKit in the left toolbar.

  1. Click Contact Card.

  1. Fill in your details across the three sections: Business, Contact, and Social Links.

  1. Watch the live preview on the right update as you type.

  1. When you're done, click Back to BrandKit and then Done.

What You Can Add

Business

  • Business Name
  • Name
  • Title

Contact

  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Address
  • Website

Social Links

  • Facebook URL
  • Twitter / X URL
  • Instagram URL
  • LinkedIn URL
  • YouTube URL

You don't need to fill in every field — only the information you want your audience to see will appear. Leave a field blank and it simply won't show up.

Show Headshot

At the bottom of the Contact Card section, there's a Show Headshot toggle. Turn this on to display your headshot alongside your contact details in the menu. You'll need a headshot uploaded in the Headshots section of your BrandKit for this to appear.

Live Preview

As you fill in each field, the preview panel on the right shows you exactly how your Contact Details will look inside a booklet's navigation menu — including your name, title, contact info, and social icons.

Tips

  • Your contact details appear under the Contact tab in the booklet navigation, which readers can access from any page of your booklet.
  • You can update your Contact Card at any time and the changes will apply to your booklets.
  • Only the fields you fill in will be visible to your audience.
