Choosing a Plan

Choosing a plan

Most people don't need to read every plan page to figure out where to start. The decision usually comes down to two questions: how polished do you need your collateral to look, and how many people are involved? Simplebooklet has five plans — Free, Basic, Pro, Business, and Enterprise — each one shaped around a different stage of that answer. This article walks through what each plan is for, what you get, and how to pick the one that fits.

Available on all plans. Paid plans bill monthly or annually.

Quick Guide: Which Plan Is For You?

A cheat sheet for picking the right plan:

If this sounds like you…

Start with…

Trying it out, want to see if my content looks good online

Free

One person, want it polished, branded, and tracked

Basic

Solo or small power user, need leads, gating, custom domain

Pro

A team that needs to collaborate, share, and scale

Business

Org with IT, security, SSO, or compliance requirements

Enterprise

You can switch plans anytime — start where you are, upgrade when you outgrow it.

Free

"Let me see if my collateral actually looks good online."

The Free plan is for getting your first piece of content online and seeing if it works. Upload a PDF, pick a theme, share it, and watch the opens roll in. It's a no-risk way to confirm Simplebooklet is the right fit before you spend a dollar.

What you get:

  • 2 active Simplebooklets — Enough to test what works.

  • Up to 1000 opens — Across 6 months of sharing.

  • Professional presentation — Polished themes, page transitions, and a customizable weblink.

  • Page enhancements — Add links, popups, and animations to drive engagement.

  • Connect your tools — Bring content in from Canva, Adobe Express, and InDesign.

  • Ad-free — No third-party ads displayed to your audience.

Limits: 50 pages, 25 MB file uploads, basic reports, and Simplebooklet branding stays on your booklet. Sharing window is 6 months or 1000 opens — whichever comes first — at which point the booklet stops opening for readers until you upgrade.

Best for: First-time users, hobbyists, and anyone validating whether digital flipbooks fit their workflow.

Basic

"I want my collateral to look professional and reach my audience everywhere — and only take me minutes, not days."

The Basic plan is the polish-and-publish plan. You get rid of the Simplebooklet watermark, swap in your own logo, and start seeing real audience reports — everything you need to publish confidently and track what's working.

What you get:

  • 5 active Simplebooklets — Add more for a small per-booklet fee.

  • Your Own Logo — Replace Simplebooklet branding with yours.

  • Remove Watermark — Clean, branded reader experience.

  • Video Export — Save your booklet as a video for social.

  • Audience Reports — See opens, time spent, and engagement.

  • AI Task Agents — Speed up routine work with AI helpers.

Limits: 200 pages, 75 MB file uploads.

Best for: Solo creators, marketers, and small businesses who want professional presentation and clear measurement without a big investment.

Pro

"I want the collateral I publish to impress people, encourage inbound engagement, and help me save on printing costs."

The Pro plan is for when you've got a growing library and you want every piece working harder for you. Custom domains, lead gates, paywalls, AI accessibility, unlimited Collections — Pro turns engagement into inbound results.

What you get:

  • 20 active Simplebooklets — Add more as you grow.

  • Your Own Domain — Host your booklets on your own URL with unlimited domains and automatic SSL.

  • AI Accessibility — Make your booklets accessible to every reader.

  • Custom Nav Button — Control how readers move through your content.

  • Managed Access — Lead gates, verified emails, paywalls, and lock-to-webpage.

  • Unlimited Collections — Bundle multiple booklets together as a single shareable resource.

  • Pro Reports — Deeper engagement insights and Google Analytics integration.

Limits: 200 pages, 250 MB file uploads.

Best for: Solo power users, marketers running gated campaigns, and creators monetizing premium content.

Business

"My team needs to collaborate and share collateral quickly, while managed and tracked easily at scale — with live support."

The Business plan is built for teams. Pooled active Simplebooklets across the organization, unlimited team accounts, advanced security and reporting, and the ability to manage everyone's work from one place.

What you get:

  • 200 active Simplebooklets — Pooled across the team, with unlimited update, copy, and transfer.

  • Unlimited Accounts — Bring everyone in.

  • Advanced Security — Tighter access controls and admin tools.

  • Advanced Reports — Org-wide engagement visibility.

  • Tag Management — Keep a growing library organized.

  • AI Translation — Reach audiences in their language.

  • Live Support — Including Zoom support for onboarding and conversion help.

Limits: 400 pages, 350 MB file uploads.

Best for: Marketing teams, agencies, and growing companies where multiple people create, update, and share content together.

Enterprise

"We need full enterprise governance — SAML, SLAs, IT reviews, and scalability — with dedicated support."

The Enterprise plan is for organizations that have to clear IT, security, and compliance hurdles before adopting new software. You get the controls, documentation, and service guarantees needed to roll Simplebooklet out across teams and departments confidently.

What you get:

  • 1000 active Simplebooklets — Pooled across the org, with tiered pricing for additional capacity.

  • Unlimited Accounts — Org-wide rollout.

  • Service Level Agreement — Performance and uptime guarantees in writing.

  • IT Security Review — We work with your security team to clear approval.

  • SAML SSO Integration — Single sign-on through your identity provider.

  • Attachments — Share supplementary documents alongside your booklets.

  • Dedicated support — A direct line to our team.

Best for: Enterprises, government agencies, and any organization with formal procurement and security requirements. Available as an annual subscription only.

Active Simplebooklets, Explained

Each plan starts with a number of "active" Simplebooklets — that's how many can be live and shareable at once. If you hit your limit, you have two options:

  • Delete an old Simplebooklet to free up a slot.

  • Add more for a small per-booklet fee — extra booklets sit on top of your plan and stay active as long as your subscription does.

Business and Enterprise plans pool active booklets across all team accounts, so they can be moved between team members as needed.

Annual vs Month-to-Month

Every paid plan is available either way:

  • Annual — Cheaper than paying month-to-month for a full year, and refundable within 15 days of subscribing.
  • Month-to-Month — No commitment, cancel anytime. Not refundable.

If you're confident in the plan, annual is the better deal. If you want flexibility, month-to-month keeps you nimble.

Switching Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Dashboard. Any remaining credit on your current plan is automatically applied to your new one — no lost money. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then drops back to Free.

Discounts

Simplebooklet offers reduced pricing for non-profits, government agencies, and educational institutions. If you qualify, contact us and we'll get you set up.
