Finding and Managing Booklets with Tags

Once your booklets are tagged, you can use tags two ways: to search for specific booklets across all your accounts, and to bulk manage groups of booklets at once.

Advanced Search: Find Booklets by Tag

The Advanced Search lets you quickly filter across all your linked accounts using tags and other criteria.

1. From your Dashboard, locate the search bar in the Your Simplebooklets section.

2. Click the advanced search icon to the right of the search bar.

3. The Advanced Simplebooklet Search panel opens.

4. Under Tags, click the tag you want to filter by.

5. Click Search.

You'll see all booklets across your linked accounts that match that tag. You can combine tag filters with a title search, account name, or URL to narrow results further. Click Reset to clear all filters.

Bulk Manage: Act on Tagged Booklets at Once

Bulk Manage goes further — it lets you filter by tag and then take action on every result at once: transfer booklets, update visibility, add or remove tags, or delete.

1. From your Dashboard, click the Manage button in the Your Simplebooklets section.

2. The Bulk Manage Your Simplebooklets panel opens.

3. Under Tags, click the tag you want to filter by.

4. Optionally add other filters (title, account, URL).

5. Click Search to see all matching booklets.

6. Select the booklets you want to act on and choose your action.

Bulk Manage works across all your linked accounts, so you can manage booklets from every team account in one place.

Tips

• Tags work best when applied consistently. If some booklets use "menu" and others use "Menu," they'll appear as different tags — so pick one and stick with it.

• Bulk Manage is available on Business plans, which support linked team accounts.

• You can filter by multiple tags at once to find booklets that match more than one category.
