Get to Know the Performance Tab
The Account Performance Dashboard gives you a single view of how all your booklets are performing across the four stages of the Audience Journey — without having to open each booklet individually.
How to Get There
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click the Performance tab — it sits between Your Collections and Resources.
The Four Stages
Every Simplebooklet travels through four stages from the moment it's published to the moment it creates real value. The Performance tab measures each one:
Awareness — Are people finding and opening your content? Measured by Total Opens and Unique Visitors.
Attention — Are they actually reading it? Measured by Pages Flipped and Interactive Clicks.
Action — Are they taking the next step? Measured by Call to Action Clicks.
Satisfaction — Are they coming back, and what are you saving? Measured by Savings and Return Visits.
Each stage has its own card showing your current numbers and a short description of what that stage means for your audience.
A note on clicks: When Simplebooklet refers to total clicks, this is the combined total of Interactive Clicks (Attention) and Call to Action Clicks (Action). Interactive Clicks are engagements within your content — links, videos, hotspots. CTA Clicks are deliberate next steps your reader takes. Together they give you a complete picture of how actively your audience is engaging.
Filters
At the top right of the dashboard, you have two filters:
Tag — Filter performance stats to a specific group of booklets by tag. Useful for measuring a campaign, a client, or a content type. Select All Booklets to see your overall numbers.
Time Range — Narrow the data to a specific period: this week, this month, or all time.
Both filters apply to all four stage cards and the Top 10 Booklets list at the same time.
Top 10 Booklets
Below the four stage cards is the Top 10 Booklets section — a ranked list of your best-performing booklets for the selected tag and time range. This shows you at a glance which content is driving the most results so you know what to promote more.
