Activate Your Language Specialist
The Language Specialist translates your booklet's content into another language without altering your original design or layout. Readers access translations via the Accessibility button in your navbar, where a dropdown lets them choose from the languages you've generated.
Why Add a Translation?
Your booklet is only useful to someone who can read it. If you're sharing with a French-speaking client, a Spanish-speaking team, or an international audience, a booklet in English alone leaves them behind — not because they aren't interested, but because the language is a wall before the content even starts.
The Language Specialist translates your booklet without touching your original design or layout. Readers access the translation through the Accessibility Menu in your navbar and can switch languages any time. Your original booklet stays exactly as it is.
You don't need to hire a translator or manage a separate file. Run the agent, review the output, and your content is now accessible to an entirely new audience.
How to Use the Language Specialist
- Open your Dashboard and select the Simplebooklet you want to update.
- Click the Design tab.

- Click the AI Agents button at the top of the left-hand toolbar.

- Click the Language Specialist to expand it, then select the language you want to generate.

- Click Activate Your Agents.
- You'll receive a notification when the translation is ready. Instead of turning fully green, the Language Specialist will show a green chip for each language you've translated, along with a Review button.

- Click Review and choose the language you want from the dropdown at the top of the drawer to review or edit your translation.

- To edit a page, navigate to it and click the pencil icon on that page. Make your changes and click the save icon to confirm. | You'll receive a confirmation message once your edits are saved.
- Click Full Page at the top of the preview to open the translation in a new browser tab for easier reviewing.
- Readers access translations by clicking the Accessibility button in your navbar and selecting their language from the dropdown. Only languages you've generated will appear as options.
Disclaimer: Translated text is generated automatically and may not be a perfect verbatim copy of the original. The original source document in its native language will be considered the authoritative version.
How This Impacts the Reader's Journey
The Language Specialist opens up the Awareness and Attention stages of the Reader's Journey to audiences who would otherwise be excluded entirely. A reader who doesn't speak your booklet's primary language can't engage with your content — no matter how valuable it is. Language becomes the barrier before the journey even starts.
By providing translated versions, you lower that barrier immediately. Readers can engage in the language they're most comfortable with, which increases the likelihood they'll move through Attention, into Immersion, and ultimately take Action. The more languages you support, the wider the audience your booklet can reach — and convert.
