Your Tasks

The Your Tasks section sits alongside your AI Agents in the panel. These tasks are just as important as running your agents — they make sure your booklet is branded and reachable before you hit Share. Both now have AI assistance to make setup faster, but you're always in control of the final result.

Available on all plans.

The Two Tasks

Your logo tells readers immediately who this booklet is from. Without it, your booklet looks like it could belong to anyone. With it, every page you share reinforces your brand.

Using the Logo Agent: Click Start next to Apply Your Logo, then click Run in the Logo Agent panel. Enter your organization's website URL and click Search. The agent finds your logos and displays them — tap the one you want and it's added to your library instantly.

Adding manually: Click Start (or Open if a logo is already applied) to go directly to the Logo tool in the Design tab, where you can upload a PNG, JPEG, or SVG file.

Either way, once your logo is in your library, click the pencil icon to configure where it appears:

  • Nav Bar — shows your logo inside the booklet navigation bar
  • Menu — displays your logo in the booklet menu
  • Browser Tab — adds your logo as a favicon in the reader's browser tab

If you've already set up a BrandKit, toggle on Use BrandKit to apply your BrandKit logo automatically.

If a logo is already applied, Apply Your Logo will show Open instead of Start.

📇 Apply Your Contact Card

Your Contact Card gives readers a direct line to you — no searching, no guessing. It appears in the Contact section of your navbar and puts your business details front and center for anyone who wants to reach out.

Using the Contact Card Agent: Click Start next to Apply Your Contact Card, enter your organization's website URL, and click Search. The agent scans your site and auto-fills the details it finds — review them and adjust anything before saving.

Filling in manually: Click Start (or Open if a contact card is already set up) to go to the Contact section of the Design tab. From there you can add:

  • Business name, contact title, and contact name
  • Phone number, email address, website, and address
  • Social media links: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

A live preview updates in real time as you fill in your details.

If you have a BrandKit set up, your contact details will populate automatically. Toggle off the BrandKit in the editor if you want to customize the details for a specific booklet. If a contact card is already applied, Apply Your Contact Card will show Open instead of Start.

Why These Are Worth Doing

Every booklet you create is also a representation of your brand. A reader who finishes your content and wants to follow up should be able to do that in one click — and they should know who they're clicking through to. Your logo and contact card are what make that possible.

With the Logo Agent and Contact Card Agent, both tasks can be done in minutes. It's worth taking care of before you hit Share.
