About

Introduction

The About button is where your title, business name, and a short description of your Simplebooklet can be displayed. It appears as a popup overtop of the presentation of your Simplebooklet.

Available on all plans.

Benefits

An about popup helps provide your customer with some context about your Simplebooklet. It's also used by search engines to provide indexable context for your Simplebooklet.

Step-by-Step Guide

Below is a walkthrough showing you how to display a popup info window over top of your Simplebooklet.

Open your Simplebooklet in the DESIGN tab.

Click on the Navigation Tab and then toggle on the About option.
You should immediately see the information symbol appear in the header of your Simplebooklet.

Click on the pencil icon for About.



A modal will appear with your Simplebooklet's title and an area to write a description.

Under Details of This Simplebooklet you can write a new name for your Simplebooklet.

In the box that reads Description you can write an excerpt about your content, or any additional information you would like your reader you know when they tap your About button.

Once you're finished, click Done at the bottom.

You've successfully added an About button on your microsite!
